As a marketing account executive at Expoint, a tech industry-specific job searching platform, you will be at the forefront of our sales and business development journey. You will have a keen eye for markets and trends, enabling you to assess the potential of our product offerings. To be successful, you will need to be a persuasive communicator and persistent salesperson who is comfortable using both tech and classic sales tactics.
As a marketing account executive, you will be tasked with developing, managing, and executing the sales and marketing strategy for Expoint. This will involve creating and leading marketing campaigns, developing relationships with potential customers, analyzing sales performance, creating content, setting and meeting goals, and driving customer retention. You will also be tasked with undertaking market research, designing different marketing techniques, and optimizing customer experience.
Finally, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable customer experience. You'll be passionate about serving our customers and creating a fantastic customer journey through your marketing efforts. You will ensure that our customers are kept up to date on product updates, content, and other important news or information. You will be able to quickly develop relationships with customers to foster a feeling of trust and satisfaction.
