At Expoint, the Global Account Manager is a crucial role in our mission to build relationships between international tech companies and their customers. As our Global Account Manager, you will ensure customer loyalty, engagement, and growth across our international customer base.
Your primary role as our Global Account Manager will be to identify opportunities for growth, actively build relationships with existing customers, and develop plans that will maximize customer value. You will be working across all channels such as phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to develop strong relationships and establish ongoing dialogue with customers.
You will strategize to generate new customers and retain current customers, along with meeting goals for customer satisfaction and industry-leading capabilities. You will research existing customer needs, track customer feedback, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Your ability to individualize customer plans by responding to their unique needs and to build strong customer relationships across all cultures, time zones, and languages is essential in this role.
