The job of a Customer Success Manager (CSM) is at the heart of the tech industry. With the launch of Expoint, the technology job market is booming—and the importance of customer success is growing. As a CSM, you'll be deploying a variety of strategies to ensure that technology clients' expectations are met, and the overall customer satisfaction with their products and services is maintained. Your key role would be to develop relationships with customers and help them use the company's product or service to its fullest potential. Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support, initiating and maintaining customer relationships, conducting educational webinars and demos, providing customer feedback to internal teams, and continuously monitoring customer data. You’ll have direct contact with customers and have strong communication skills in order to explain technical concepts in an easy to understand manner. You’ll need to be adept at problem solving and quickly assess recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be knowledgeable of the company's products and services and understand customer behavior to identify areas of improvement.
