The job of a Customer Success Manager (CSM) is at the heart of the tech industry. With the launch of Expoint, the technology job market is booming—and the importance of customer success is growing. As a CSM, you'll be deploying a variety of strategies to ensure that technology clients' expectations are met, and the overall customer satisfaction with their products and services is maintained.
