As the CRM Manager for Expoint, you will lead the organization's efforts in leveraging consumer data to help build and maintain relationships with our customers. You will be in charge of the development and successful execution of data-driven marketing campaigns that optimize interactions with customers both current and prospective.
Your primary responsibilities include developing and managing effective customer segmentation for targeted marketing activities, assessing data discoverability and access, and identifying opportunities for improved customer journey experiences. You will be expected to maintain and develop Expoint's usage of CRM infrastructure and toolkits, securing customer data, and ensuring optimal and compliant data usage. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure that Expoint maintains a positive and profitable relationship with customers, as well as building customer loyalty and engagement.
You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with all levels of stakeholders. A deep understanding of customer lifecycle and customer consent management is also key, as is a passion for learning and staying abreast of the latest CRM trends, technologies, and methods. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable in presenting to both large and small groups.
