You will be responsible for designing and executing pay strategies across all disciplines within the organization, ensuring compliance according to laws and company policies. You will work with recruiters and human resources managers to identify and meet their compensation needs.
You will be responsible for staying up to date on the technology field’s latest compensation trends and programs, cost of living raises, and other factors by creating an overall compensation strategy. You will also design, analyze, and review reward systems and incentive plans. Additionally, you will consult with hiring managers and human resource personnel on job leveling and pay decisions.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and present complex data. An understanding of budgeting and planning is also required.
