As a senior manager you'll continuously enhance your proficiencies in the design, promotion and delivery of major technology tools, including application development, data acquisition and transformation, and data analytics and visualization/reporting. You'll work side-by-side with tax-technical subject matter professionals (SMPs) to develop and deploy data and technology solutions that will enable our tax-technical SMPs to efficiently and effectively deliver quality tax consulting, with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.
Your key responsibilities
We'll look to you to challenge the effectiveness of the tax technology strategy and approach for all engagements while developing strong relationships across a network of existing and future clients and key stakeholders. To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's degree in technology, information science, accounting, or finance and minimum of 7 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience
- Approved technical certification, CPA license or membership to a state Bar
- Hands-on technical experience with deep expertise in architecting and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions using modern analytics and AI technologies
- Experience with developing solutions using Microsoft Azure, IBM watsonx, or Databricks stack
- A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies and leveraging them to optimize and transform business processes

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $168,400 to $384,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $202,000 to $437,100. Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $147000/YR - $237500/YR.
