  • Own in alignment with Sales EEtheselected Accounts marketingplan and activation calendar
  • Execute with excellence the Cluster Lifestyle Accounts marketing plan with focus on quality, efficiency, consistency across all consumer touch points
  • Create, lead and executeAccountMarketingplan in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure process speed & efficiency (Budget management, communication flow, reporting, plan execution)
  • Deliver appropriate channel activation sell-in tools for the Sales Launch period
  • Feedback to EE Omnichannel Activation on performance of concepts and on toolbox readiness
  • Own and execute Cluster special projects in alignment with EE Omnichannel activation
  • Put special emphasis on a digital experience focused on a demanding group of consumers
  • Excel at cross team collaboration with DPC department to deliver best in class digital campaigns focused on ROI
  • Creating numerous consumer activations that will bring interest in the adidas brand along with increasing demand for the promoted product

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Responsible to support the activities of account reconciliation, drive timely review and follow up for supplier accounts, balance sheet reconciliation accounts and other analytic reports within Source to Pay – Accounts Payable department. Drive strong financial control over the Accounts Payable records.

Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities:

  • Secure timely cross checks on regular controls
  • Handling and posting of incoming invoices and related vendor master data creation and maintenance
  • Ensure timely analysis of bank interim accounts by working closely with suppliers and other finance teams. Ensure they are balanced by resolving the causes of non-payment, requesting missing and complementary information and executing proper follow ups
  • Preparation and review of payment proposals for adidas subsidiaries
  • Clarifying and reconcile differences on the postings
  • Preparation of month-end journal entries: accruals, depreciation, provisions, prepayments by ensuring entries are recorded in accordance with company policies and all deadlines are accomplished
  • Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Coordinate with other departments to obtain information about transactions and research unreconciled items
  • Preparation of External and Internal Audit requests
  • Create and analyse various reports under area of responsibility including regular reporting
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Identify the improvement opportunities and support their implementation
  • Assist ongoing projects for the implementation of technology solutions

  • Define, develop, and implement the short- and long-term commercial strategies within the assigned Sales Account Group for adidas in accordance with the Global, Europe and Cluster Sales Strategies.
  • Translate the commercial strategies and objectives for Central Europe into functional targets for the respective Account teams and measure performance against given KPIs.
  • Together with key wholesale partners execute strategic initiatives for Central Europe and Trade Zones for key focus categories in accordance the corresponding guidelines/framework conditions, also in close cooperation with the adidas Retail and e-com teams.
  • Implement the Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) Strategy and ensure achievement of defined digital KPIs.
  • Establish an appropriate organizational framework for the Sales organization together with the VP Sales.
  • Build business and personal contacts to the main decision makers of key Accounts with the aim of establishing adidas as preferred supplier.
  • Conclude constructive trade agreements with defined Accounts based on current sales and delivery policies as well as on current adidas commercial/e-commerce guidelines.
  • Develop strategic Account and Account marketing plans to achieve (net sales and market share) growth targets as well as brand marketing objectives.
  • Drive adidas brand concepts, ensuring market-leading brand presence at the POS (online and offline, brand-specific, and controlled space, in-store communication).
