As an Analytics Consultant in West Des Moines, Iowa, you will be a vital part of Expoint - our innovative tech field-focused job search platform. By leveraging data to solve customer business problems, you will be responsible for helping our customers use analytics to adopt best practices and optimize their performance. Reporting to the Director of Technology, your primary responsibilities include providing technical consultation related to the use of analytics for our customers. You will provide hands-on support and guidance to customers on data analysis, data mapping, and data manipulation to drive forward analytical projects. You must possess a strong understanding of data science, predictive analytics, and have proven success creating comprehensive visualizations of data.You must be able to extract, model, and cleanse data to identify trends, analyze trends and develop recommendations that have a direct impact on customer success in reaching their business goals. In addition, you must be comfortable collaborating with other business stakeholders in the organization to identify opportunities, define goals, and prioritize data projects.
