  • Support VP Brand Communication in MaEx process: building, managing, analysis, forecasting and reporting

Purpose of the Role

Drive and execute brand communication, newsroom, and publishing strategies for Originals & Lifestyle categories in alignment with South East Europe priorities. This role ensures adidas builds brand hype, strengthens marketplace presence, and drives market share and net sales. This position is a maternity cover for a 12-month period, subject to extension.

What you will do

  • Implement and execute Zone Brand activation, Newsroom & Publishing strategy across all focused categories aligned with Go-To-Market plan and country specifics and priorities.
  • Apply global/Europe reporting tools and monitor performance on a monthly basis connecting brand with commercial KPIs for the categories & the country.
  • Develop strong media contacts in the country.
  • Create a plan to ensure the brand is “always on”through a good mix of local and global content published on all relevant platforms. Direct the right stories to the right people at the right time.
  • Drive & Build a strong partner portfolio linked to our campaigns and brand priorities.
  • Lead partner publishing forOriginals & Lifestylecategories in our touchpoints with relevant and impactful local content.
  • Ensure all consumer touch points (comms, channel marketing, sport marketing, influencers marketing) are in alignment with country priorities and specifics.
  • Lead theOriginals & Lifestylecategory communication plans & brief agencies to guarantee executional excellence aligned with Zone activation plan initiatives and objectives.
  • Develop if needed country specific/lead initiatives based on Global guidelines, EU agreement and on Zone Brand Leadership team sign off.
  • Control the category investments in accordance with the country activation plan & manage budget targets & Return On Inverstment respecting the Zone priorities and plan.

  • Ensure plan and execution of channel activation sell-in tools during GTM circle.
  • Drive Corporate PR and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on related to Originals & Lifestyle categories Country level.
  • Responsible ofOriginals & Lifestyle category brand marketing MWB execution and ROI analysis process on Country level.

Skills you will need

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4 or more years of experience in marketing and communications.
