Compensation Data

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience within a business to business sales-related/business development commercial role.
  • 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, including leadership in technology, Internet, or media industries.
  • 5 years of experience in people management and leading geographically-distributed Sales teams.
  • Ability to travel 30% for conferences, offsites, customer meetings and trainings, as required.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience as a leader in Go-To-Market Sales, with experience executing against goals across diverse account portfolios.
  • Experience managing managers and fostering career growth for early-career sellers to senior sales professionals.
  • Experience as an external thought leader in digital marketing solutions.
  • Experience building and mobilizing innovative business growth strategies with operational excellence.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and craft compelling narratives to influence internal and external technical and business stakeholders at C-suite levels and across diverse teams at all levels.
  • Comfortable operating in the ambiguity of an ever-evolving product that operates at scale globally.
