Global responsibility for the security of Teva Assets and People Protection against security-related risks. Develop the global strategies, requirements, directives and awareness initiatives.

This role ensures a safe and secure environment across all business activities through risk assessment, incident prevention, and timely response to security threats or emergencies.

Acts as a key liaison between global security and relevant corporate functions to protect the company’s people, property, and reputation.

How you’ll spend your day
  1. Serve as the lead subject matter expert on Assets and People Security.
  2. Guide, train and educate the GCS team in its areas of responsibility.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain global security standards and requirements to mitigate physical security risks.
  4. Approve and promote the use of security technologies, defining, evaluating, and introducing new and existing security systems to enhance protection and operational efficiency – local and global.
  5. Oversee the event and travel security program and define incident response strategies.
  6. Define and oversee training and awareness for the local security management and employees outside Teva assets.
  7. Manage and coordinate GCS global audit program and Enablon system administrator.
  8. Gathering and analyzing data to create metrics that support positive change and continuous improvement recommendations.
  9. Support with developing and maintaining GCS comprehensive strategic global risk assessment framework, ensuring that security risks are identified, evaluated, and mitigated.
  10. Define ad-hoc response to mitigate physical threats or potential threats to people or assets.
  11. Manage and coordinate GCS Lifecycle process and AOP.
  12. Prepare relevant presentations, reports and other supporting materials, Support GCS team in ad-hock missions
Your experience and qualifications
  1. Fluent English oral\writing communications skills
  2. Excellent in Office applications (Excel, P.P &Word, etc.)
  3. Strong commitment to self-learning with the ability to quickly acquire new skills to adapt quickly and contribute effectively.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  5. prepare concise, well-organized documents and effectively engage with all levels of Teva’s organization, business partners, and law enforcement.
  6. Strong time management abilities and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of the Actuarial team, you will make a significant technical contribution to Insurance & Actuarial client engagements and internal projects. In particular:

  • Participate in the technical delivery for a wide range of client assignments in either Insurance (Non-Life, Life insurance, Health or pension businesses) and Financial sector industry covering traditional actuarial activities like reserving, pricing, modelling, financial reporting (e.g. Solvency II, IFRS 17) or audit as well as broader topics like mergers and acquisitions, new legislations, big data / analytics, risk and capital management;
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility and knowledge, providing support, maintaining communication and update other senior team members on progress;
  • Contribute to the attainment of group and individual goals by sharing knowledge, identifying business opportunities and productivity and facilitating teamwork;
  • Challenge yourself in an international context through various client assignments.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • 0-2 years of experience as an actuary in the insurance sector gained from working either in an insurer or at an actuarial consultancy firm;
  • Proven math and analytical skills, as normally acquired through the pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Computer Science or any other quantitative degree;
  • Strong team player with a passion for excellence and commitment to delivering work on time and with a flexible working style enjoying working with multi-national teams;
  • A consulting mind-set, comfortable navigating through periods of ambiguity and change, and can effectively manage competing priorities;
  • A committed approach to continuous professional development is required;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentation.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience in pricing techniques will be positively evaluated;
  • Experience in reserving under Solvency II and current accounting standard;
  • IFRS 17 knowledge will be considered an asset;
  • Good skills in large database, statistical packages for data manipulation and in development of predictive and prescriptive models (i.e. R, Python, SAS, SQL etc.);
  • Experience in Data Visualization tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau) for integration between different data sources, design and implementation of KPIs and generation of visualizations that will facilitate extraction of business insights;
  • You will be a qualified or partially qualified actuary and have a degree-level qualification;

How you’ll spend your day
  • Lead and manage the SOX Corporate and International Markets team, provide leadership, oversight and professionalism and be a trusted advisor and strategic leader for functions in the organization, to promote leading practices and standardization
  • Develop work plans for assessment of design and operating effectiveness of key SOX controls, perform and document process walkthroughs, conduct detailed control testing to conclude on the effectiveness of SOX controls, and produce written reports and/or other documents with clearly organized thoughts

    Assist management to identify risks in financial processes, design controls and remediation plans to mitigate these risks
  • Conduct regular quality assurance assessments for team members to ensure adherence to established standards and processes
    Provide professional guidance and training on SOX compliance, including leading practices
  • Build successful relationships with finance leaders, external auditors, internal auditors, and regional SOX leaders to provide value-added consultation to influence and strengthen operational effectiveness
  • Liaise between management and external auditor to ensure alignment of scope, materiality, testing requirements, and test results, as well as impact on the consolidated company
  • Provide material to be presented at executive level meetings (ie. audit committee presentations)

Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in accounting or business-related field
  • Master’s degree from an accredited university in accounting or business-related field
  • Minimum 6 years of SOX compliance and/or internal audit experience
  • Minimum 4 years of managerial experience of teams and projects
  • Big 4 public accounting experience, working with public companies- Advantage
  • Licensed CPA - Must
  • Vast knowledge and strong understanding of SOX requirements, internal control framework, business process analysis and risk assessment
  • Strong understanding of US-GAAP
  • General understanding of the pharmaceutical industry - Advantage
  • Ability to extract and synthesize information and draw conclusions

While this position does not involve direct team management, it requires a senior-level professional who can lead complex compliance activities, drive continuous program improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain local and global compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements (including Bank of Israel, ISA, IMPA, and others as applicable).

  • Conduct ongoing compliance training and awareness sessions to ensure alignment across business, risk, and operational teams in Israel and globally.

  • Support internal and external audits, prepare audit responses, and ensure timely resolution of findings.
  • Generate and present compliance dashboards and reports to senior management and regulatory stakeholders, including trend analysis and risk insights.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and proactive compliance within the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. A legal or regulatory background from the Israeli financial industry is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance roles within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services, including at least 3 years involved in local compliance or AML roles. Global experience in compliance or AML roles will be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in Israeli compliance frameworks, including knowledge of AML regulations, data protection laws, and licensing obligations under Israeli law.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (required) and Hebrew (required).
  • Analytical, structured thinker with strong attention to detail and project ownership mindset.
  • Experience working with regulators, IMPA and banking partners across IL and global jurisdictions is highly desirable.
