Responsibilities:
  • HR Technology & Digital Transformation
  • Define and execute the global HR technology strategy, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and business alignment.
  • Drive automation, self-service adoption, and AI-driven solutions to enhance employee experience.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance (SOX, GDPR), and security across all HR systems.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Legal and Finance to optimize processes, tools, integrations, and reporting.
  • People Analytics & Workforce Insights
  • Develop and execute a strategic people analytics roadmap to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Deliver executive dashboards, predictive models, and insights on talent, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Establish governance for data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
  • Champion a culture of analytics, enabling HR and business leaders to leverage workforce data effectively.
  • Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
  • Advise senior executives on HR tech and analytics strategies that impact the business.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and develop a high-performing HRIS and People Analytics team, driving innovation and execution.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in HRIS, HR technology, and people analytics in global organizations.
  • Expertise in enterprise HCM systems and workforce analytics tools (Oracle, Tableau, AI-driven insights).
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading global HR tech implementations and analytics transformations.
  • High integrity, business acumen, and ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes.
