We’re looking for an Account Manager (team leader) to help sellers thrive on eBay Live. You’ll be the trusted partner guiding top sellers after they launch — helping them grow audiences, drive GMV, and become category leaders.
This role combines relationship management, strategy, and performance coaching. You’ll help sellers improve stream quality, optimize their business operations, and connect their goals to eBay Live’s broader growth vision.
What you will accomplish:
Reporting to the Country Manager of eBay Live, this person will drive eBay Live seller success.
Own a portfolio of active sellers and drive growth through coaching, data insights, and performance management.
Monitor seller health and activity, including stream frequency, GMV, and engagement metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Programming, Marketing, and GCX to deliver a seamless seller experience.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve seller performance — from stream structure and storytelling to audience retention and pricing.
Identify and escalate product or operational issues affecting seller success.
Champion your sellers internally — bringing their feedback into strategy, product, and marketing conversations.
Coach and develop AM team members, fostering accountability, growth, and continuous performance improvement.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
6+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce or partner success.
A relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Data-savvy, analytical, and fluent in performance metrics.
Strong communicator who can distill insights into actionable guidance.
Passionate about creators, sellers, and the energy of live commerce.
Experience working on marketplaces, live streaming or social platforms preferred.

You’ll manage the entire acquisition lifecycle: prospecting sellers, negotiating incentive deals, and ensuring smooth handoff into onboarding and activation.
What you will accomplish:
Reporting to the Country Manager of eBay Live, this person will be responsible for the business development and end-to-end pipeline of new sellers for eBay Live. They will manage a team of BD team members to achieve acquisition goals.
Identify and acquire high-potential sellers across key eBay Live categories.
Manage the pipeline from lead generation through vetting, contracting, and onboarding.
Identify opportunities using strong category knowledge, market research, and live-commerce trends.
Negotiate deal structures and incentive frameworks (e.g, fees, bounties, exclusivity).
Collaborate with Category, Onboarding, and Programming teams to align new sellers to growth goals.
Track performance and ROI of acquired sellers during the first 60 days post-launch.
Represent eBay Live at trade shows, conventions, and industry events.
Coach and develop BD team members, fostering accountability, growth, and continuous performance improvement.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketplace operations.
Proven success managing partner or seller acquisition pipelines.
Strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging C-level or founder-led businesses.
Data-driven and organized — experienced in using CRM tools.
Passionate about e-commerce, live commerce, and creator-driven business models.
Strong ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams.
Experience working on marketplaces, live streaming or social platforms preferred.
