  • Minimum 10+ years in people leadership or engagement, within a Sales or Retail environment.
  • Passionate about Customer Service and have proven success in building people engagement strategies
  • You are a seasoned leader who deeply recognises the power of people programs in delivering business outcomes.
  • You know how to motivate people within a Retail environment, particularly those in complex sales environments.
  • Ability to plan, engage and develop inclusive teams through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, engage actively, and build strong relationships internally and externally by instilling trust and integrity.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple’s values.
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimise processes and create solutions.
  • Ability to set the pace for teams by energising a sense of collaboration, urgency, quality and priority with an approach to building community.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across all areas of the Apple Business, including within our Field Organisation and across the corporate organisation
