Sales Representatives in Australia play a key role in the success of many smaller and larger companies. They work hard to represent the brand, its products and services, and influence customers to buy the company's products or services. As a Sales Representative for Expoint, you will be responsible for managing accounts, engaging clients, delivering high levels of customer service, and helping to improve the overall success of the company. The role can be hands-on and require frequent travel, making it a highly versatile, fast-paced job. As a Sales Representative in Australia, you'll be passionate about technology, and have an in-depth knowledge of the industry. You'll have the necessary experience to stay ahead of the curve and be an active listener when helping to solve customer queries. You'll have excellent communication skills and be comfortable discussing complex technology in a professional manner. Experience with Excel, CRM and other commonly used software and tools is also highly advantageous. The role requires you to engage and build relationships with prospective and returning customers. You'll need to be able to represent the company in a friendly, professional manner; you must be reliable and committed to ensuring the customer's satisfaction. As well as communicating with customers, you may also be expected to handle customer inquiries, assist in product development, and provide feedback and insight to the company. Above all, as a Sales Representative for Expoint, you'll be an expert in the tech industry, as well as a capable independent worker who can connect with customers on multiple levels, and have the drive to increase sales.
