We're looking for a Service Desk Technician that can provide excellent customer service and IT resolution to our clients in Israel. As such, we expect proficient computer and technical skills and the capacity for independent problem solving.
As an experienced Service Desk Technician, you should be familiar with engaging users to provide support and troubleshoot their IT and software related issues. Your job functions may include the following: providing technical support for software, hardware and systems; installing, maintaining and configuring IT solutions; responding to user complaints; diagnosing and troubleshooting general IT problems; and, recognizing and reporting software glitches.
You need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a sharp eye for detail and the ability to quickly assess user needs. Our Service Desk Technician must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive and patient when under pressure, and be able to provide courteous and professional customer service. Moreover, knowledge in Windows Server and desktop management, visual basic, and Cisco technologies are essential.
