We’re looking for a Senior BI Developer who’s excited about turning data into real impact.

In this role, you’ll be the force behind data-driven decision-making across the company, building scalable pipelines, smart data models, and BI solutions that power millions of users. You’ll partner with Product, R&D, and Marketing to uncover insights, shape strategies, and keep us moving fast, and always two steps ahead.

Be a Strategic Data Partner

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and R&D leaders to understand challenges and propose solutions
  • Present insights confidently to all levels-analysts to executives
  • Translate business problems into technical solutions, understanding the "why" behind requests
  • Proactively identify data opportunities before being asked

Build BI Solutions

  • Design data marts (dbt + Databricks) and Tableau dashboards that teams rely on daily
  • Own full lifecycle: requirements → delivery → presentation
  • Ensure solutions are fast, reliable, and trusted

Elevate Team Standards

  • Set quality bar through excellent code, documentation, and communication
  • Mentor developers on SQL, data modeling, and dashboard design
  • Drive data governance and QA processes

Solve Technical Challenges

  • Turn high-volume, messy data into a reliable analytics infrastructure
  • Optimize performance and scalability
  • Lead technical initiatives (migrations, architecture improvements)

Technical Foundation (Must-Haves)

  • 4+ years as a BI Developer in SaaS/eCommerce
  • SQL mastery and strong data modeling skills
  • Hands-on with: dbt, Databricks, Tableau, Git
  • Data warehouse architecture and quality frameworks

Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards analysis.

  • Familiarity with compensation/HRIS systems (e.g. HiBob).
  • Experience in market surveys (Radford, Zviran, etc.), job leveling, and pay structure design.
