What You'll Do

  • Work with internal channel managers (ie: FB/IG, TikTok channel managers) to brief external agencies and produce new creative (that follows best practices, cutting edge trends, and gives a nod to local nuances) for performance marketing

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with performance marketing channels (i.e. social, display, mobile app marketing, app stores, SEM, etc.) either leading campaigns or producing creative
  • Knowledge of today's social media trends and the content that grabs attention, spreads widely, and stays current
  • Previous in-office experience, as this role requires in-person office attendance, and is considered hybrid

Your Impact in Role

  • Financial modeling: build models from scratch, improve existing models, and capture complex business reality/dynamics and interactions into comprehensive models and leverage those to assess trade-offs, propose solutions and drive better decision making
  • Think strategically and execute: the models we build aid in decision making and strategy - we operationalize our insights and support daily execution
