What the Candidate Will Do
- Strategic Planning: Develop the strategies for our Fleets business, with the primary goal of increasing the number of available drivers in Mexico
- Partnership Management: Manage and scale our network of Vehicle Solution Partners, driving their growth and success on our platform
- Program Execution: Lead strategic programs from conception to completion that enhance the value, tools, and earning potential we offer to fleet owners and drivers
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze key business risks and opportunities, creating data-backed recommendations to drive growth
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and interpret key operational and financial metrics, translating complex data into actionable insights that inform business strategy
Basic Qualifications
This role calls for a combination of analytics and the ability to implement projects in a fast-paced environment
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
- Advanced experience with Excel (SQL Knowledge strongly preferred)
- Stakeholder Management and Teamwork: Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities, including external partners
- Executional Excellence: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment
- Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and build short-term plans and timelines for executing against them
- Basic Financial Understanding: To make trade-offs regarding investments, a basic financial knowledge would give you a head start
- Communication: Spanish and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive yet succinct manner
