You will be an essential contributor in managing accounts, driving customer retention initiatives, coordinating product launches, and monitoring customer usage. On a daily basis, you will update customer data, track customer orders, and maintain contact with customers. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating value for both the customer and our company.
