The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with customers, driving customer loyalty and overall satisfaction. You should be an innovative, solutions-oriented professional, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
You will be an essential contributor in managing accounts, driving customer retention initiatives, coordinating product launches, and monitoring customer usage. On a daily basis, you will update customer data, track customer orders, and maintain contact with customers. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide assistance to customers in a timely and organized manner.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating value for both the customer and our company. We would also like to see your enthusiasm and ambition to build customer loyalty and exceed customer expectations.
Our ideal candidate will have successfully managed customer accounts in a fast-paced environment, possess in-depth knowledge of customer relationship management systems, and be comfortable working independently as well as closely with team members.
