• Assist in the management of the portfolio of lease agreements
• Review incoming rent invoices, compare to Lease obligation and schedule for payment
• Resolve Landlord and Tenant lease disputes
• Upload and maintain electronic lease documents in Tesla Database System (TRT)
• Partner closely with internal departments, including Real Estate, Design, Development, Legal, Finance and Accounts Payable
• Upload lease agreements with accuracy into the lease database
• Track and monitor critical dates for lease portfolio, and be a landlord main point of contact
• Process and report on landlor utility and sustainability related matters

• Degree in relevant area of study and/ or equivalent experience, is preferred
• Ideally experience within lease administration
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate lease terms
• Previous experience in Property Management is a plus

• Provide prompt hardware support to address inventory or hardware issues, reducing downtime and improving end-user satisfaction

• Work on internal Time & Attendance system configurations, deployments and updates, with the global applications team
• Review regional Payroll/ HR/ Operations needs and partner with key stakeholders on system enhancements, features delivery

• Work closely with Systems Manager/ applications team and end users on On-going projects and upgrades including new pay rule configurations, scheduling, leave setups, attendance policies.

• Advance knowledge of Timekeeping, Leave, and payroll systems and various workforce modules including Timekeeping, Leave & Accruals, Pay codes/ Pay rules setup, PCDs is required.
• Experience with SQL, query tools, data connectors, orchestration, analyze and troubleshoot data related issues.

The Role

As Junior Buyer within Indirect Procurement, you will begin by managing and analyzing rates within our eProcurement systems, focusing on building a strong foundation in procurement processes in general and logistics. Over time, you will develop the skills needed to transition into a Junior Buyer Logistics role, with this transition taking place within 1 to 2 years, depending on individual growth and performance.

This position starts with a 12-month fixed-term contract.

• Upload and manage rates in the eProcurement platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data.
• Analyze rate data for discrepancies and ensure that all logistic costs are up to date.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely rate updates and agreements.
• Assist the invoice review team in identifying and resolving rate discrepancies efficiently.
• Suggest and implement process improvements, utilizing tools such as Python for data analysis and automation.
• Develop a solid understanding of sourcing processes, including issuing RFx’s and evaluating supplier quotes.
