Primary Responsibilities
Support the strategy and delivery of Wealth's various Road to Strong workstreams and initiatives. Represent Wealth on the enterprise related working groups and support the coordination of Wealth work efforts to meet program requirements.
Support the delivery of new business and regulatory initiatives, including partnering with business and Control Partners to lead or represent Wealth Advice, through the initiative life cycle.
Work closely with other Senior Managers supporting the Wealth Road to Strong initiative, assessing risk and control attributes, and helping Wealth achieve target operating model and regulatory expectations.
Develop, maintain, and implement robust policies and procedures to support TD Wealth while promoting a sustained culture of integrity and ethics.
Conduct ongoing reviews of processes and controls, identify gaps, and drive initiatives to strengthen governance and controls.
Partner with Governance & Control and other risk partners to propose recommended changes to policies, procedures, and to address potential gaps.
Effectively manage ad-hoc projects or tasks of varying complexities within established deadlines.
Report on program milestones, achievements, and challenges to executive stakeholders.
Demonstrate a strong understanding and promote awareness of key operational risks. frameworks/policies and risk appetite to support a strong risk culture.
Anticipate emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements to identify new opportunities and operational impacts to the business.
JobRequirements/Qualifications/Skills/Experience/Education
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of prior experience in financial services and have related experience in Audit or testing, the Wealth business, regulatory environment, risk management, governance, and controls.
University degree
Audit/Controls experience is considered an asset
Deep understanding of risk management and experience in creating effective risk polices.
Expertise in analytical reasoning and risk mitigation.
Superior communication skills with experience in writing policy and/or procedures and the ability to communicate information and key messages in a clear and compelling way to suit different audiences.
Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities – ability to consolidate information into clear, concise analysis in support of business decisions
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships, effectively interact, influence, and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization to make an impact.
Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage work under tight timelines and changing priorities.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage the execution, optimization and performance of digital marketing programs, delivering subject matter expertise in organic search and onsite content strategies, insights generation, measurement and reporting.
Leverage consumer insights to develop always-on onsite content (e.g. digital ads, videos, targeted and personalized messages).
Focus on public sites and consider the entire digital consumer journey and ensure content integration points are optimized across channels, including social and mobile.
Analyze SEO performance and look for ways to continually optimize and drive the business forward.
Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations, provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to aid marketing decision making and drive business performance.
Produce and manage keyword research, technical, content and SEO audits - analysis and optimization recommendations.
Support development of onsite optimization and personalized onsite experiences.
Engage with agencies, vendors and key internal partners to deliver best-in-class SEO strategies and programs.
Partner with Marketing Planning, Digital Channel and the Business to deliver on the aggressive sales goals and digital sales objectives for the businesses.
Support development, execution and delivery of content on external sites as required.
Contributes to integrated marketing strategies and plans, including annual forecast.
Ensure compliance with TD process and governance control requirements.
Contributes insights on performance and reporting of results for all SEO and content, relative to YoY and forecast.
Manage SEO and always-on content marketing budgets.
Stay on top of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in SEM, Social Media, SEO, Display and online consumer behavior.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in SEO and digital content strategies and execution.
Experience managing performance marketing campaigns through digital, focusing on SEO and driving performance through digital experiences.
Experience managing content development, content strategies, producing and managing agile content and guiding agency partners in the production of content, in responsive and mobile environments.
Experience engaging in agency and vendor relationships.
Experience with digital acquisition campaigns in an always-on environment and demonstrating results with driving incremental improvements.
Exposure to developing scorecards, executive level reports and utilization of data for digital media optimization, including techniques for measuring end-to-end effectiveness across digital marketing touch points.
Exposure to utilizing digital marketing technology to drive personalized and targeted experiences across touch points in owned digital channels.
Working knowledge and expertise in strategies utilized to optimize performance through multiple digital devices; desktop, mobile and tablet.
Business acumen: strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to obtain consensus among multiple stakeholders.
Strong teamwork orientation and proven leadership capabilities with an ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, requiring ongoing. re-evaluation of priorities.

Reporting to the Testing Manager, the Senior Testing Analyst will focus on providing support for the wealth testing and monitoring program. The Senior Testing Analyst models strong ethics, integrity and leadership to promote a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation and synergies. The Senior Testing Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of assigned testing engagements and monitoring activities. The role requires regular interaction and communication with business personnel. Overall success is measured by timely completion of testing engagements and monitoring activities, the quality of the work performed, and the identification and risk-rating of key process and control gaps identified. The Senior Testing Analyst will:
Plan and execute compliance testing programs and communicate compliance testing results
Identify and document regulatory compliance controls
Prepare documentation in accordance with established policies and standards
Budget and be responsible for tracking of work efforts versus budgets
Develop and execute monitoring activities
Provide knowledgeable recommendations to businesses for control improvements
Ensure key regulations and key regulatory changes are captured in assigned testing programs
Participate in business initiatives as assigned
Proactively contribute to team processes and projects
Seek process improvements and more efficient ways to deliver value to our businesses
Lead testing engagements and review the work of other testers
Job Requirements
Significant controls testing/audit experience is required
Work experience in the financial industry, experience with compliance and wealth-related businesses preferred

Ability to read and interpret regulations as well as understand how the regulations may impact our business partners
