ERP導入プロジェクト導入メンバーとして、ロジスティクスや生産領域のチームリーダーとしての経験が複数回あること。また、プロジェクト導入フェーズの工程（プロジェクト準備、要件定義、開発、テスト、本稼働準備）について深い知識・ 計画作成および実行の 経験があること。.
