• Logging Strategy & Implementation:
  • Design, implement, and maintain a unified logging strategy and architecture for SAP's cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Ensure consistency in log collection, formatting, and ingestion from diverse sources, including hyperscaler platform logs, operating systems, databases, and enterprise applications.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or SRE roles with a strong focus on logging and observability.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

This is a customer-facing role where you will support the sales teams during the entire cycle of a RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. The following are the key tasks that this role will perform:

1. Present in detail the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and value proposition to the customers (usually to CIOs, IT managers, data center managers, and SAP Technology staff)
2. Support and organize technical responses to RFP / RFI’s.
3. Conduct detailed technical workshops with customers to define the “to-be” architecture and plan the migration roadmap together with Professional Services.
4. Work closely with the SAP solution architects & customers to map the planned solution architecture into the Private Cloud Edition reference architecture.
5. Blueprint customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks, etc.
6. Work to generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support to sales teams.
7. Own the technical discussions with the customer on the Private Cloud Edition topic and act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from the Cloud Architecture & Advisory organization as required.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

What you"ll do:

In this role, you are accountable for developing the Media business in India and APJ where needed as part of the Media IBU team. You will be responsible for supporting the development of pipeline, building GTM strategies, and scaling initiatives in the geography to increase industry pipeline and revenue, while also providing senior strategic sales cycle support across the table from VP+ level customers.

You will be part a diverse team that promotes the adoption of SAP solutions for the Media industry. • Field / Market Readiness and Demand Generation: Raising market awareness and demand for our Media Industry Value Proposition and Solution Offering.
