Experience:
Strong analytical and operational background with advanced business, financial, and analytical skills; ideally with exposure to cloud platforms and consumption-based sales.
Deep understanding of Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, and Sales Excellence functions.
Experience managing cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders in cloud, platform, or enterprise SaaS environments.
5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility, ideally in tech/SaaS, with a strong grasp of the cloud landscape
Communication:
Builds trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Effectively communicates complex ideas, strategies, and policies across global teams.
Able to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and BTP priorities.
