Core Tasks Include:

  • Manages strategic BTP Sales programs, defines deliverables, and provides definitive advice and interpretation of complex business and technical scenarios.
  • Leads the definition, tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives tied to cloud consumption growth, BTP pipeline performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensures project goals and milestones are met, and budgets are managed appropriately.
  • Owns the cadence and structure of the business, establishing clear operating rhythms, governance, and processes for the BTP go-to-market organization

Accountability:

  • Fully responsible for delivery outcomes of assigned BTP-related projects or areas of responsibility.
  • Internally recognized senior expert on complex business and cloud consumption matters.
  • Works on large, strategic initiatives requiring high-level coordination, creativity, and analytical depth.
  • Contributes to and helps shape long-term concepts for platform sales growth, operational scalability, and consumption-led models

Complexity:

  • Operates independently on complex, high-impact initiatives, often across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Drives strategic clarity in BTP-related processes and frameworks with full ownership of prioritization and delivery.
  • Provides regular project status updates, insights, and analytics to executive leadership.
  • Influences design and strategy of future-facing cloud platform operating models, sales motions, and business frameworks.
  • Proposes enhancements to systems and processes to support predictable, scalable growth for the BTP business

Experience:

  • Strong analytical and operational background with advanced business, financial, and analytical skills; ideally with exposure to cloud platforms and consumption-based sales.
  • Deep understanding of Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, and Sales Excellence functions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders in cloud, platform, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility, ideally in tech/SaaS, with a strong grasp of the cloud landscape

Communication:

  • Builds trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Effectively communicates complex ideas, strategies, and policies across global teams.
  • Able to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and BTP priorities.
  • Communicates relevant messages clearly and constructively to cross-functional colleagues and leadership.
