Responsible for driving Quarter+1 / Quarter+2 preparedness and provides a connective voice across all demand generation engines, building a cohesive demand strategy and achieving desired pipeline goals across all solutions, segments, industries, and geographies.

Responsibilities

Strategic program and initiative implementation

  • Provide hands-on leadership and support in the implementation of Global, Regional and MU-specific programs and initiatives inGC. Ex. Global NLAC program, Regional Digital Hub ramp up,GCPoint of Presence cases. Own and drive these initiatives withinGCon behalf of the MD.
  • Link Global and Regional programs / initiatives betweenGCand key Regional stakeholders - including the Regional Strategy / Transformation resources and the Regional CBO.
  • In conjunction with Digital Hub leadership, mature the regional Digital Hub strategy; drive DH motions, modalities & processes intoGC

Key MU leadership

  • Act as a clear leader inGCand represent the MD when not available with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Deliver architectural guidance, either directly or by connecting customer teams with the right expert networks.
  • Amplify globalFRE strategy, tooling, and domain playbooks, ensuring consistency and reuse across Regions and Market Units

Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Domain Expertise & Field Support:Engage in strategic customer discussions and 1:1 engagements; provide domain expertise for regional events and campaigns.
  • Recovery Planning & Risk Mitigation:Collaborate with CSMs on recovery plans for accounts off-track in consumption or value realization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as the regional point of contact for AppDev & AI domain topics, collaborating with Sales, GTM, CSM, and Product teams.
  • Consumption Opportunity Lifecycle:Oversee the lifecycle from intake to validation, Consumed ACV forecasting, and post-engagement impact
  • Campaign Oversight:Own and support domain-aligned campaigns and programs with regional and global marketing.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or AI-enabled development
  • A track record of shaping the domain agenda through visionary thinking, with a proven ability to influence through insights, frameworks, and active engagement with leadership.
Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Cloud-native application development
    • Designing and buildingcustom AI solutionswith LLMs, agent frameworks, and vector databases
    • DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exposure toAgentic AI conceptsand orchestration frameworks
  • Strong communication and architecture influencing skills in customer-facing settings
Preferred Qualifications:
  • , SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, SAP HANA Cloud & Vector Engine
  • Understanding of SAP’s BTP strategy and FRE maturity models (L1–L5)

What you bring

  • Technology driven focus – ability to maintain a system from a container level
