Job Description:
You will join the Consumer Financial Services team, reporting to the Senior Director Consumer Financial services in Southern Europe.
Your Day-to-Day
Product Design & Strategy:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Consumer Financial Services products, focusing on BNPL, NFC payments, and other financial innovations.
Identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and competitive insights to shape compelling value propositions.
Product Development & Launch:
Lead end-to-end product design, development, and go-to-market execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, legal, compliance, marketing) to ensure seamless product launches that meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of future product innovations to sustain competitive differentiation.
Growth & Performance Management:
Drive product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth by implementing effective marketing, sales, and customer acquisition strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention, revenue, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
Own the P&L for Consumer Financial Services products, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a strategic partner to Country Managers, supporting local execution and integration of product strategies.
Work with sales teams to identify partnership opportunities and distribution channels to maximize reach.
Engage with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
Leadership & Expertise:
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on consumer credit products, BNPL solutions, and NFC technologies.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus across the organization.
What You Need to Succeed
A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling financial products.
In-depth knowledge of credit products, BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later), or payment technologies is essential.
Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of P&L (Profit and Loss) management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
Sharp problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence at all levels.
