PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As a key driver of health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, you will serve as expert ensuring our operations adhere to local labor laws and global standards. Your strategic guidance and hands-on support will help embed a strong safety culture, support governance frameworks, and empower leaders to prioritize employee health at every level.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Design and deliver health, safety, and wellbeing programs aligned with the people and culture strategy and health and safety policies in China.
• Define and execute on Health and Safety plan that ensure compliance local legal requirements in China.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prevent, early detect, manage and reintegrate cases of illness or disorder and minimize work-related productivity loss.
• Support and provide guidance to business leaders on fulfilling their duty of care and ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.
• Keep updated on changes to health and safety laws in China and support teams across the region to stay compliant.
• Support the creation of effective governance structures for health and safety standards across the region, to ensure our practices are compliant with local laws, providing guidance and oversight to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Coordinate the development of health and safety roadmaps and action plans, ensuring they meet mandatory requirements and align with organizational goals.
• Support the communication governance and rollout of health and safety initiatives across countries, including transparency on communication channels.
• Advise country teams on global and regional health and safety programs.
• Monitor health, safety, and wellbeing programs that promote a proactive safety culture, support employee wellness, and promote organizational resilience.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, management, and external partners to prevent issues, manage health risks, and ensure a safe and supportive workplace.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and execute a demand plan for SAP Business Data Cloud in your geography that encompasses and orchestrates all demand activities required to grow sales and consumption momentum across the organization.
• Contribute to account strategy development and support new sales engagements for SAP Business Data Cloud by demonstrating solution-specific expertise, thought leadership, and competitive differentiation.
• Discover and align customer needs and vision early in the sales cycle and provide solution recommendations. Engage customers through impactful storytelling, value selling, and consistent messaging.
• Drive post-sales adoption and consumption of SAP Business Data Cloud by Continuing to sell the vision and impact of the solutions for successful deployments and customer value realization.
• Demonstrate the benefits of transitioning from on-prem legacy solutions to the Cloud to our customers and assist in designing deployment architectures.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of professional work experience in Enterprise IT and the Enterprise SaaS/PaaS market.

• Experience in designing and executing demand generation and business development initiatives for incremental sales & accelerated consumption.

• Recognized domain expertise for SAP Data & Analytics Portfolio, esp. SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP BW/4 HANA.

• Solid understanding of Cloud in a B2B environment, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models.

• Experience with other SAP Line of Business solution, ERP, S/4HANA and SAP Basis technologies is a plus.

• Experience in managing customer engagements across different roles.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement high-quality, maintainable code in Python, Java, and JavaScript under the guidance of senior developers and architects.
• Contribute to the development of scalable solutions for the AI-driven automation platform .
• Support the design and maintenance of database schemas and data integration workflows.
• Build and consume REST/OData services and integrate them with SAP BTP.
• Work with AI/ML frameworks and Knowledge Graph technologies (triple stores, RDF/SPARQL) as part of solution delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines .
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver features on time and with quality.
• Troubleshoot and fix defects, ensuring solutions meet performance and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on development experience with at least one of: Python, Java, or JavaScript .
• Basic knowledge of cloud-native development and/or SAP BTP services.
• Familiarity with database design and SQL .
• Exposure to CI/CD tooling and Git/GitHub workflows .
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, especially in AI/ML and Knowledge Graphs .

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, or CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) .
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, embeddings, generative AI).
• Familiarity with SAP ecosystem technologies, including ABAP .

Key areas of focus:

• Provide full executive support for the Philippines Managing Director (MD) office and ensure that the MD is well prepared for all sessions, optimizing and leveraging the broader team to drive objectives determined by the MD. The Service Disruption Management teamresponsibilities include:

• Practical knowledge with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver, Business Objects, SAP HANA and SAP Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE)
• Experience with Managed/Hosting services or SAP Private Cloud or Public Cloud Operations/Support.
• Application Security, Backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, System Copies, export-import, high availability, and disaster recovery strategy, export-import.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies Management.
