Duties and Responsibilities:

Core criteria and role objectives:

1. Leading customer engagements to assess strategic objectives, map out innovation scenarios, identify key improvement opportunities and other sources of economic value, and present board-level justification for change including business cases.
2. Demonstrate expert foundational knowledge in Office of CFO space critical to the role, such as, developing business cases and related metrics and use of tools and templates.
3. Successfully pitch CFO value engagements at C Level, primarily CFO’s.
4. Partnering with field sales teams to identify revenue opportunities, create account strategies, and execute sales plays.
5. Collaborating with customers to establish value management practices which includes regularly benchmarking for best practices and measuring realized value.
6. Lead complex engagements with cross-functional teams (internal and external).
7. Conduct executive level dialog in relation to the deliverables.
8. Establish and maintain the trust of Customer CFO’s.

A typical engagement requires obtaining buy-in from CFO’s and HOD Finance as Key Stakeholders, confirming scope and timeline, conducting discovery workshops, analyzing and synthesizing information, producing quality, executive ready deliverables with the ability to articulate work in a compelling and effective manner.

Key Attributes

• 15+ years of relevant experience preferred either as a practitioner, management consultant, or in digital transformation roles in the area of Finance.
• Proficient speaker comfortable interacting with C-Level in one to one and/or one to many scenarios.
• Possess a strong executive presence.
• Experience building and retaining strong customer relationships.
• Experience in SAP technologies strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

• The DevOps engineer should be capable to make use of all mentioned above skills to create an integrated and completely automated work environment. Starting from source code management to deployment state, i.e., Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment, it has to be ensured that there is no unnecessary intervention in between.

• Drive ‘best in class’ business processes implementation on SAP Ariba cloud solution
• Collaborate on most aspects of an SAP Ariba On-Demand implementation including (but not limited to): solutions design, business rule development, user interface configuration and customization, external system integration, technical / end-user training and project management.
