What You Will Do
As a
Senior Solution Sales Executive BTP, you will be responsible for executing a territory strategy that accelerates revenue growth and ensures strong market penetration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Revenue Growth: Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities while executing a results-driven sales strategy aligned with the Israeli tech landscape.
- Territory Development: Create and implement a comprehensive opportunity plan that effectively articulates SAP BTP’s unique value proposition to enterprises, scale-ups, and digital-native businesses.
- Executive Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level executives, CTOs, and innovation leaders to drive business transformation using SAP BTP solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance pipeline generation and streamline deal closures.
- Account Planning: Leverage the Value Added Team (VAT) to develop targeted strategies for key accounts, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value realization.
- Sales Cycle Management: Proactively manage complex sales cycles, from initial engagement to negotiation and closure, ensuring high win rates in competitive scenarios .
- Market Expansion: Lead initiatives that drive market share growth, focusing on cloud adoption, AI-driven analytics, and seamless data integration .
- Sales Best Practices: Implement and refine best-in-class sales methodologies tailored to the Israeli market, ensuring consistent and repeatable success across enterprise and startup clients.
What You Bring
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in business software and IT solutions , with at least 5 years specializing in database management, data integration, AI solutions, and cloud-native application development .
- Strong Network: Deep understanding of Israel’s tech ecosystem, including key VC-backed startups, unicorns, and large enterprises .
- Executive Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell to CXOs, IT leaders, and digital transformation teams , with a strong track record of managing large strategic accounts.
- Achievement Orientation: Consistent overachievement of sales quotas and ability to drive new business opportunities in competitive, fast-moving markets.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English: Strong communication and negotiation skills in both languages.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Sales certifications such as Challenger Training, SPIN Selling, Sandler Training , and relevant cloud, AI, or data platform certifications are a plus.
