As an Field Readiness Partner (FRP) within Salesforce Field Enablement, you will serve as a strategic advisor to key UKI sales and solutions leadership teams. Your primary responsibility will be to build trusted, collaborative relationships with these internal stakeholders to co-develop tailored enablement plans aligned to regional business priorities.
You will lead the design and execution of high-impact enablement programs and initiatives that accelerate field productivity and directly contribute to priority outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams and the COO org, you’ll align global enablement strategy with local needs, ensuring both consistency and relevance.
In this role, you’ll define success measures in partnership with the business, monitor progress, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance data.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Sales leaders to understand how to drive greater productivity of their teams and resolve their requirements with enablement programs that will drive business impact.
Drives strategic quarterly planning for respective Business units while maintaining agility to pivot in-quarter based on evolving business needs.
Conduct deep discovery to understand the root causes of performance gaps and identify the right enablement levers.
Analyzes complex issues, synthesizing diverse inputs to identify underlying patterns and create a compelling Enablement POV.
Build strong, consultative partnerships with senior sales leaders to co-create tailored solutions that address real business needs and drive measurable outcomes.
Collaborate across the OU ecosystem and global enablement teams to tailor and optimize locally-driven programs, while enhancing the accessibility, relevance, and impact of globally available initiatives.
Own end-to-end enablement operations, including managing logistics, tracking participation and engagement metrics, and providing comprehensive pre- and post-enablement support to ensure high adoption and measurable impact.
Connects across COO function and regions to clarify dependencies, set shared goals, and ensure seamless joint delivery of initiatives.
Be the subject matter expert and act as trusted advisor to the business leaders for their teams s enablement.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS PREFERRED
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the key strengths for the role
Proven experience as a business partner in L&D, training, sales enablement, or Sales programs or strategy is highly desirable.
Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles, pre-sales, lead qualification, sales process, and senior stakeholder management
Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarise and communicate sophisticated ideas into curriculum with a sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training.
Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit.
Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communicator with a flair for storytelling.
Strategic problem solver that can see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant change.

Your Impact
To be successful in the role you:
Drive account planning including the formulation of a clearly defined roadmap or the precursor activities to define such a roadmap
Generate pipeline through self-origination and collaborating across Salesforce with License Sales, Delivery and Customer Success to develop trusted Professional Services propositions for clients and prospects
Use industry expertise and business acumen to understand a customer's motivation, business drivers/challenges, strategic goals and objectives, and desired business outcomes
Engage and present to customers, especially at C-Level, using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long-term trusted advisor relationship
Create a compelling vision and clearly communicate our groundbreaking solutions with the goal of generating significant success and business value from an investment in the Salesforce Platform
Develop and lead a territory plan and a tailored account plan for each customer that aligns with their business goals, priorities, and timeframes
Forecast accurately and timely, build a pipeline, and progress opportunities to deliver Success Cloud YOY revenue growth
Develop mutually agreed and aligned close plans and drive the execution of these plans to realize closed bookings aligned (or in excess) of assigned sales goals/quotas
Be a recognized role model for collaboration, understanding, and overall business results
Basic Requirements
Have a professional sales background or blended consultative sales and project delivery background
Have experience working with a customer through a visioning process, assessing business value outcomes, and developing plans to support the realization of that value through a structured program
Present business value led pitches and effectively negotiate terms aligned with margin targets
Can exercise empowered judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results aligned with goals of the company and within associated guidance
Recognize the importance of timing to close deals and are able to balance driving the closing cycle while being responsive to the customer’s needs and fundamentally building trust in the relationship
Preferred Requirements
Extensive years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of consistently meeting (or exceeding) quota
Experience selling and/or delivering Professional Services in a context similar to Salesforce or a Global System Integrator type environment
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive (including C-level relationships) where you are recognized as a trusted advisor
Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($M+)
Experience in the UKI Energy Retail industry
Highly collaborative excels in a matrix organizational model (aligning with other business functions)
Committed team player with strong interpersonal skills who share and support colleagues
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

The Regional PAM, reporting into the UKI A&C Ecosystems Organisation, will align to a Strategic partnership portfolio in the UK and Ireland.
Expectations and Tasks
Responsibilities
Engage with partners and Salesforce stakeholders to develop and execute the GTM plan, including practice development, co-generating demand for Salesforce, and developing industry vertical solutions, leading to successful customer outcomes.
Guide partners in implementing sales plays, service offerings, and solutions within Salesforce industries and with field sales and marketing teams.
Deliver regional pipeline and revenue tied to partner strategies in close alignment with internal and external collaborators.
Implement joint demand generation and marketing plans with virtual teams, including UKI Ecosystems, Partner Sales, Industry & Marketing.
Drive partner strategies in the UK and Ireland. Identify target accounts and sign off with regional sales and partner leadership. Maintain pipeline and dashboards that communicate program and investment effectiveness.
Ensure effective internal and external communication of Salesforce's ecosystem strategy and execution results. Conduct regular communication between partners and Salesforce company leaders. Contribute to UKI level quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Work Experience
Over 1 years’ experience in channel sales or channel management roles
Over 3 years’ experience in sales or sales supporting roles with a proven and consistent track record of success
Strong tolerance for ambiguity; ability to focus and complete in a fast-paced, changing environment
Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely, critical decisions
Proven proof of producing measurable results of influenced revenue or channel sales through regional and global partnerships
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly sophisticated, matrixed global organization
Ability to deliver high growth results with partners, with limited resources and budget
Strong drive and character qualities that match with company core values
Strong Salesforce reporting and analytical skills
Understanding of service offering creation, marketing, lead generation and professional services organization key performance indicators.
