Strategy/trusted advisor; Accountable to develop and deliver the end-to-end enablement plan for the Belux and The Netherlands
Program & Project Management: Execute enablement programs in alignment with the regional and EMEA North strategy and business priorities, ensuring organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Business Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyze sales challenges, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions to improve sales productivity and performance.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with your counterparts in Sales Programs (SPM), Country & Sales Leaders Strategy and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Thought Leader and Enablement SME: be a subject matter expert on enablement in the region, aware of enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies
Impact measurement & reporting: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to track program effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate reporting on program performance and engagement to inform business decisions.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on execution and implementation, ideally in sales organizations.
Exceptional program/project management skills – highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, understand business challenges, and develop solutions to drive sales success.
Outstanding stakeholder management – proven experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
