    • Distribute incentive compensation plans to sales employees and ensure timely acceptance of plan documents.

    • Triage questions and issues identified by the sales employees in relation to their compensation plans

    • Partner with the Global Sales Compensation Administration team to ensure that the required compensation data is provided on a timely basis for the administration of incentive payouts.

    • Collaborate with Design and Operations Team to ensure design and policy decisions are executed, including new fiscal year and mid-year design changes

    • Partner with other teams on cross-functional projects in order to develop process efficiencies

    • Translate business/operational needs to systems teams

    • Enable business partners on areas of expertise

    • Analyze compensation plans data to provide actionable insights. This involves gathering, cleaning, and interpreting data using various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

    Experience/Skills Preferred:

    • BA/BS degree

    • 2+ years experience in Finance, Accounting, Project/Program Management, or Sales Compensation/Sales Operations function

    • Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills; Experience with Salesforce

    • 2+ years experience in Tableau and SQL

    • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented.

    • Experience participating in and delivering process improvements

    • Ability to manage programs and processes globally

    • Experience with Salesforce platform

What You'll Do

The Senior FX Analyst, Treasury will be a key contributor to the company's foreign exchange risk management programs. This role, an integral part of the Treasury team within the Finance organization, will primarily focus on exposure analysis, trading, and other key activities requiring FX domain expertise. You will work closely with other Treasury functions and cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to deliver successful program outcomes. Additionally, the Senior FX Analyst will undertake various treasury-related responsibilities, including supporting strategic transactions, managing counterparty exposure, and executing Treasury policies. This role is hybrid and will work in the Toronto office an average of 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute risk management activities

  • Manage balance sheet hedging and support multi-currency cash management needs

  • Identify and analyze FX exposures across the company to proactively mitigate risk

  • Execute FX trades including derivatives with bank counterparties

  • Review FX results in partnership with Controllership and produce management reporting

  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to monitor metrics and generate insights

  • Partner with Treasury and IT staff to maintain FX-related systems and workflows

  • Support FX activities for strategic transactions, tax, and business initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with SOX and Treasury policies relevant to FX

Required Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance or other quantitative field

  • CFA, CPA, MBA, or similar relevant qualifications preferred

  • 2-4 years experience in a corporate treasury, banking, or consulting role preferred

  • Knowledge and experience with trading derivative instruments (e.g. swaps, NDFs, options)

  • Experience with FX Trading platforms (e.g. FXall, Bloomberg) and related technology preferred

  • Experience with TMS and ERP systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle) preferred

  • Knowledge of technical accounting related to foreign currency and investments preferred

  • Strong business acumen (including understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles)

  • Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and diligent with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Assist Sales Team in quoting, or creating contracts/orders when required
  • Partner with internal Pricing, Revenue Recognition, Collections, and Legal teams on deal execution as well as advise on negotiations and any customer satisfaction issues.
  • Assist AEs in addressing customer satisfaction inquires related to contracts/invoices and product issues, through account research and feedback.
  • Work with Sales and Collections to assist with deconstruction and resolution of complex billing issues.
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members
  • Apply knowledge, skills and judgment to make difficult decisions and resolve issues.
  • Possess strong level of Salesforce application expertise.
  • Actively participate in new process development and process improvement projects, as well as other ad hoc projects.
  • Work independently on assignments and escalations that are diverse in scope, requiring seasoned judgment in resolving issues, making recommendations, and providing guidance.
  • Challenge legacy policies and procedures that complicate quote, order, invoice, credit, commissions, and revenue processing, and formulate creative solutions or work-around based on that analysis.
  • Share best practices with and provide cross training for peers, team members and outside business units to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Perform calculations as required, related to contract replacement comparisons, credits, and restructures.
  • Ensure all approval requests have been properly documented in accordance to Sales Operations processes, escalated to the appropriate approval level, and resolved within SLA.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years customer order management, sales operations, or sales/customer support experience
  • Contract structuring and Commission Calculation experience
