Job Summary
Experience as a mixed-methods researcher would serve you well in this role, though we expect things to be quantitatively focused because of the usage data and analytics available from our AI and digital solutions. You should be comfortable accessing and analyzing structured and unstructured data. To be successful in this role, you should have an established track record of leading research plans and delivering results.
This role is ideally located with proximity to our Raleigh, NC office and willing to work in a hybrid environment, but may be flexible based on qualifications and provided that the candidate is open to significant US East Coast working hours.
What you will do
Contribute to an interdisciplinary team that includes UX researchers, interaction designers, visual designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders through all phases of the development cycle.
Design and conduct research activities in a full range of areas: usability testing (formative and summative), interviews, surveys, card sort techniques, persona development, and heuristic evaluations.
Track research from insights to implementation.
Effectively collaborate with and get buy-in for research from stakeholders across various teams including PMs, Engineering and Design.
Help create, maintain, and implement processes and documentation to increase the efficiency and scalability of the team.
Follow proper controls and governance for the use of customer and other confidential data.
Communicate data-related challenges and help to prioritize resolutions based on alignment with organizational goals.
