Key Responsibilities:
- Take projects from concept to completion, delivering well-documented and tested designs.
- Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and define user needs to establish product requirements.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Ensure design consistency and scalability through design systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and fellow designers) to define requirements, Translate them into specifications, and ensure successful implementation.
- Clearly communicate design choices, rationale, and specifications to various stakeholders.
- Identify and address design challenges, seeking feedback and considering alternative solutions.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
