Working with cutting-edge technologies like Python, Node.js, and AWS, you will build innovative, low-latency, and highly available systems that form the core of our business. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our technical architecture and driving excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Development: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure backend systems and APIs, primarily using Python.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Architect, build, and maintain high-scale solutions on modern cloud platforms (specifically AWS) to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • System Performance: Design and implement services optimized for low-latency processing, high availability, and fault tolerance for mission-critical financial applications.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
  • Product Focus: Develop and enhance Compliance and Risk management products for the Fintech sector, ensuring they meet strict regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Optimization & Reliability: Take ownership of system performance, scalability, and reliability. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in code and architecture.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers, to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, driving the adoption of new tools and frameworks to solve complex challenges effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-8 years of professional backend development experience.
  • Python Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Python and its ecosystem.
  • Frameworks: Strong experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, Sanic, or FastAPI.
  • Cloud Computing: Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing applications on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS).
  • Databases: Proficiency with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
  • Architecture: Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
  • Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide other engineers.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

You will play a critical part in strengthening our risk and compliance operational frameworks, ensuring operational efficiency, adhering to regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a rapidly evolving global fintech environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic design and implementation of enhanced and automated and AI-based risk operations and compliance operations processes and workflows, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
  • Drive the improvement and creation of comprehensive RiskOps knowledge bases, procedures, training programs, and policies to ensure consistency, efficiency, effectiveness and clarity across all relevant teams.
  • Monitor progress and measure performance, embrace ongoing improvements framework.
  • Provide support during audits and regulatory examinations.
  • Support cross-company processes and ad-hock tasks.
  • Continuously monitor the performance, progress, and exposure of risk-related activities, ensuring the effective implementation of recommendations and remediation plans.
  • Identify, assess, and address potential operational and technological risks within the risk/compliance/operations infrastructure, collaborating with relevant departments to establish robust mitigation strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized educational/academic institution.
  • 4+ years of experience in Risk or Data Analysis, Risk/Compliance operations, FinCrime Prevention or Transaction Monitoring (or equivalent fields) with a strong preference for experience within a global Fintech company.
  • 2+ year of experience in developing/designing Risk/Compliance/Operational infrastructure, processes and flows.
  • Proven track record of successfully modernizing, enhancing, automating and documenting complex processes and workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, outstanding inter-personal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independency with a “can-do” approach and a hunger to continuously improve and move forward.

As a Revenue Operations Manager, In this pivotal role, you’ll help power the engine of our go-to-market strategy—driving operational efficiency, sharpening performance visibility, and delivering actionable insights that move the business forward. You’ll partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the broader GTM organization to turn data into impactful decisions and fuel growth.

From building and maintaining performance dashboards to supporting strategic planning and optimizing sales processes, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how we operate. Responsibilities:

  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and lead initiatives to streamline workflows within the CRM.

  • Present data-driven insights and performance updates to key stakeholders and senior management.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue/Sales/Customer Operations or a similar cross-functional role supporting GTM and/or Commercial teams.
  • Strong Business Intelligence (BI) skills with the ability to work with large datasets and develop actionable insights.- a must
  • Hands-on experience building and managing reports and dashboards, with a strong preference for Looker.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, with a deep understanding of CRM data structures.
  • Strong knowledge of KPI tracking, performance measurement, and revenue funnel analysis.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management within sales or GTM functions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A true team player who is highly organized, detail-oriented, with a go-getter attitude, who has an acute sense of urgency, and is quick on his feet.
