As a Supplier Account Manager in Philips in Poland, you will play a critical role as the business’s main point of contact with suppliers. You will maintain a strong relationship between Philips and its suppliers, ensuring that goods and services are delivered on time and in line with efficiency and cost targets. You will need to have an excellent understanding of the current sourcing markets and the technological and commercial trends impacting the business. You will be expected to identify new and innovative procurement opportunities and negotiate contracts on behalf of the company. Your role will require you to be a self-starter, able to develop comprehensive strategies for the efficient management of relationships with existing suppliers. You will be responsible for making sure that supplier contracts adhere to company and regulatory requirements and ensuring that prices, quality, and delivery requirements of goods and services are met. You will work closely with senior leaders across various departments from IT to Operations in order to identify and develop viable long-term procurement solutions. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
