Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager

Your role:

• Drive the greater impact of this role by developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that significantly enhance brand visibility, market share, and revenue growth for the Philips Personal Healthcare brands.

• Collaborate with a talented team of digital marketing specialists, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders such as creative agencies, media partners, and technology providers to execute successful campaigns and ensure proper brand messaging and consistency across all digital channels.

• Unlock professional growth opportunities by leading digital transformation focused on consumer centric when building the most important categories within the organization and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the brand's digital presence.

We’re looking for:

In this role, you’ll spearhead initiatives across performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, social media, CRM, and marketing automation—while staying ahead of evolving digital trends and technologies.

You are the right fit if:

• You have a proven track record of crafting and executing data-driven digital strategies that measurably boost brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and drive revenue performance across the full marketing funnel.

• Your expertise spans SEO, paid media, social media, content marketing, email/CRM, marTech, marketing automation and AI—and you know how to orchestrate cross-channel campaigns that are targeted, optimized, and performance-focused.

• You're not just fluent in tools and tactics—you bring strategic thinking, audience insight, and a test-and-learn mindset to every campaign you touch.

• You thrive in collaborative environments, uplift your teammates, and believe in knowledge-sharing, feedback, and continuous learning as keys to team and personal growth.
