We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Social Commerce and Content to lead our efforts in driving consumer engagement, brand loyalty, and revenue growth through social media platforms and content strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the intersection between social commerce, content creation, and the personal care market. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that leverage social media, influencer partnerships, and compelling content to convert followers into consumers while strengthening the brand’s social commerce presence.

Your Role:

Social Commerce Strategy:

  • Working with local district and country teams develop and execute a comprehensive social commerce strategy to drive direct sales through social media platforms.
  • Identify and leverage new tools, platforms, and trends in social shopping (e.g. Instagram Shopping, TikTok Shop, live shopping).
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to create seamless shopping experiences from social media to checkout.
  • Identifying new opportunities to drive commerce and brand engagement, based on evolving customer and cultural trends, including a focus on reaching younger and more diverse audiences.
  • Partnering across functional teams (including Media, Insights, Content, Finance) to drive process improvement and efficiency.

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Lead the development of engaging, high-quality content tailored for diverse social media platforms.

Internship: Security Operations Center – Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS)

The goal of this internship is to help enhance the operational capabilities of the SOC by testing our existing use cases. As part of the assignment, you will contribute to the optimization of our threat detection.


Your role:

  • Conduct Breach and Attack Simulations (BAS) across various environments

  • Design and execute realistic cyberattack scenarios to simulate the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by real-world adversaries.

  • Analyze and report on BAS results to help improve existing security policies, procedures, and controls

  • Provide recommendations for threat mitigation and defense strategies based on simulation outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for BAS methodologies, procedures, and processes.

  • Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, attack vectors, and BAS tools.

  • Have a basic understanding of security use case development

  • Have a basic understanding of BAS concepts

  • Understanding of attack vectors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

  • Familiarity with BAS tools such as Cymulate, SafeBreach, AttackIQ, or similar platforms

In return, we offer you

Next to that, we are offering a decent internship package:

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.

  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.

  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €145,- net

  • Paid holidays per internship term.

  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop


Please note that in order to be considered for an internship,Formal documentation (proof of enrollment) will be requested. Students from outside the EU need to fill in an NUFFIC agreement, which needs to be signed by the student and the university. Please note that the contents of our regular internship assignments are not suitable for professionals (and/or MBA students) with professional work experience.
