  • Create, review, and process purchase orders for goods and services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial controls.
  • Track and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to foster long-term partnerships.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.

Ability to lead across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
