As B2B Marketing Manager for Mexico, you will lead the design and execution of a completely new project from the ground up. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Regional and Global Marketing teams to develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, manage budget, and deliver impactful B2B campaigns. - Drive the end-to-end development of the project from initial concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results. Product Marketing experience or equivalent.
- Create, launch, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Regional/Global Marketing teams to ensure consistent alignment and messaging.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and business impact.
- Establish KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and deliver reporting with actionable insights.
- Ensure initiatives are consistent with PayPal’s brand and global standards while adapting to the Mexican market context.
- Propose creative solutions, implement best practices, and execute with a hands-on approach.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of B2B marketing experience in fintech or payments technology industries.
- Proven experience in building and executing marketing projects from scratch within high-growth or innovative environments.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within scope.
- Ability to work independently as a single contributor while influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
