As a Marketing Manager LATAM, you will be a vital contributor to our Personal Protective Equipment´s data-driven decision-making processes. You will play a key role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive sales optimization.
You will report directly to our Regional Director, and you’ll work out in Mexico or Colombia on a remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by utilizing data to drive business success and optimize sales performance. By analyzing complex sales data providing actionable insights, you will contribute to the enhancement of our sales strategies, and overall sales effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements business unit market and product line strategies to achieve our financial goals
- Implements regional roll-out of new products including communication campaigns and eBusiness strategy.
- Assess market opportunities in key sectors throughout the Latam region and scoping of new market potentials.
- Identifies long-term marketing opportunities, develops strategies and plans.
- Conducts portfolio analysis of market segments with customer penetration, market potential / share, profitability and competition.
- Aligns and matches market unmet needs with innovative activities.
- Ensures alignment with global strategy while adapting to the Regional needs.
- Coordinates business unit guardrails on marketing, pricing, placement etc. for each of the relevant categories.
- Acts as the first point of contact for and steers the category / brand team on a regional level.
- Co-creates and supervises digital, social media and e-commerce communication of brands in collaboration with global initiatives.
- Manage and control the regional Marketing Budget with a strong business sense in what areas to invest and prioritize to support business goals on the long and short-term including elaborating ROIs for those initiatives.
