Drive accountability and performance, using data and insights to monitor KPIs, optimize pipeline health, and forecast accurately.

Represent the region internally and externally, acting as a trusted advisor on LATAM market trends, merchant needs, and competitive dynamics.
What You Need to Bring
8+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing large, geographically distributed outbound sales teams.
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through outbound sales strategies in Mexico and Latin America.
Expertise in sales process management, pipeline development, and forecasting.
Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and leveraging analytics for decision making.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
Ability to lead across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS is preferred.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
