Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation (onboarding and product training) of new customers, and overall responsibility for ongoing customer health, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Establish and develop strategic trusted advisor relationships at the highest relevant levels (Decision Makers, Operation Managers, Technical & Safety Managers, Captains ), by providing the customer with best practices on how to use the products.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and be part of the product development roadmap
  • Partner with Sales and Product Teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Leverage your product knowledge and experience to ensure customers receive the utmost value of Orca-Ai products.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success, preferably in cybersecurity/B2B enterprise software/ SaaS company /or equivalent roles.
  • Technical knowledge and skills related to software solutions (SaaS environment) AI & Computer vision.
  • High prioritization skills and process orientation - accountability and personal organization are essential.
  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • A team player and great communicator, comfortable working with multiple interfaces simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Background in Maritime is a strong advantage.
  • We work 4 days a week from the office in Tel Aviv

You will be the first Marketing Ops hire (reporting to the VP Marketing) and will have the opportunity to build this domain from ground up. You will have a lot of autonomy and opportunity to own your domain, make an impact, and drive change.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, digital, and marketing; BDRs and sales; and deliver innovative global campaigns.

Responsibilities

Marketing/SalesOps (50%)

  • Support our Marketing team in executing live and virtual events, with a focus on ensuring leads are routed to the right BDRs or AEs accurately and efficiently.
  • Responsible for sending email campaigns and personalized nurture programs.
  • Support our global sales organization with executing campaigns and events.
  • Manage HS, SFDS

Insights / Data Quality Ops (50%)

  • Monitor and manage our HubSpot/Salesforce sync, identifying and resolving errors and issues.
  • Be a champion of data quality. Ensure data is clean and normalized, duplicates are minimized, leads and accounts behave with each other, and attribution data is populated consistently.
  • Use Salesforce, and on occasion Tableau, to create ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support marketers in understanding performance.

Description:

As a CSM you will be responsible for coordinating the launch activities of new clients, as well with existing clients for new countries, categories or applications.

You will work closely with Sales Product to provide overall project management during the launch period, from green light through Go Live.


Reporting to the Director of CSM, you will:

● Manage the implementation (onboarding and product training) of new customers, and overall responsibility for ongoing customer health, growth, and satisfaction.

● Establish and develop strategic trusted advisor relationships at the highest relevant levels (Decision Makers, Champions, Economic Buyers), by providing the customer with best practices on how to use the products.

● Represent the voice of the customer and be part of the product development roadmap.

● Partner with Sales and Product Teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.

● Leverage your product knowledge and experience to ensure customers receive the utmost value of Orca-Ai products.

Ideally you have:

● Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal skills

● Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Enterprise Customer Success, preferably in Maritime industry/ SAAS company/ B2B software/ cybersecurity/or equivalent roles.

● Technical knowledge and skills related to software solutions (SaaS environment) AI & Computer vision

● Exceptional interpersonal skills

● High prioritization skills and process orientation - accountability and personal organization are essential.
