Qualifications:

Manage and develop a team of Sr. Campaign Management Specialists that are responsible for partnering with the Account Management team on revenue optimization and campaign activation activities while providing white glove service to our clients
Oversee & track regional partnerships with Account Managers and vendor partners on key campaign activities inclusive of campaign packaging and asset readiness, timely campaign launches, delivery & optimization, and client reporting

The ideal candidate has:
8+ years of Ad Tech and/or Ad Operations experience supporting Account Management, Sales, Ads Policy/Quality, or Product/Engineering Teams

Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of managing direct reports
Well-versed in Campaign Trafficking and Execution, including Order and Creative trafficking, Quality Control, Campaign monitoring, pacing, troubleshooting, billing, and reconciliation

Oversee short and long-term financial and headcount planning covering the full ads business P&L (i.e. revenue through expenses) for the APAC region

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment. Prior experience in advertising FP&A, management consulting, and strategic finance in tech or high-growth startups is preferred
Experience building & refining financial reporting processes, with high ambiguity and shifting requirements
Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, able to work autonomously and perform tasks with a wide range of difficulties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels

Lead the APAC Ad Operations teams that are responsible for campaign activation, troubleshooting, and revenue maximization
