The Role
ResponsibilitiesActively develop innovative communication and learning solutions to boost user engagement with applications and serve as a user advocate within the Product organization.
Collaborate with stakeholder groups, direct users, and insights teams such as Support, Studio Insights, and Data Management to define user learning goals and communication objectives.
Collaborate with Success teammates to drive product engagement, adoption, and value to users.
Lead cross-functional project management efforts to ensure timely and successful execution of communication and learning initiatives by setting clear project goals, creating project plans, coordinating with various teams, and managing resources to meet strategic objectives and deadlines.
Create communications strategy for new feature releases, ensuring that teams/users are aware of the impact on their workflows.
Design, develop, maintain, and implement innovative and forward-thinking learning strategies that are integrated with a product’s go-to-market strategy, including the delivery of tailored and scalable blended learning experiences for a product’s global audience.
Maintain a comprehensive collection of subject matter resources for a range of products.
Facilitate instructor-led training sessions for a portfolio of products.
Establish clear and consistent pathways for driving change management alongside product/feature launches that result in users (internal and external) adopting and gaining value from the product.
Partner with Product, Support, and Insights teams to analyze, identify, and communicate actionable items from feedback collected that are most impactful to inform product development.
Build strong relationships and trust with Studio business partners, SMEs, and users to effectively advocate for them to product development teams.
Engage with data to deliver storytelling on behalf of users to Product and Business stakeholders that demonstrate how products are being received and contribute to Product decisions.

Has 3-5 years of Learning and Development or Customer/User Success experience.
Ability to design blended learning programs (set goals, create and deliver curriculum & all materials, gather data, measure effectiveness)
Superb content creation skills for all learning materials (video, simulations, documentation)
Experienced in delivering both in-person and online programs with strong facilitation skills.
Experience in evaluating programs and putting in place effective measures to assess impacts on end users.
Aptitude for analyzing data, finding the story within, and using it to drive decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an affinity for simplifying complex workflows and motivating users to engage with new technologies.
Communicates well and leads comfortably in large and small group settings.
Is passionate about leaning into new ideas/technology and driving change management by helping others overcome legacy thinking.
Flexibility amid an ever-changing and growing environment and ability to create clarity amid ambiguity.
Is willing and able to run lean with a DIY mentality that inspires others around them to do the same.
Has experience with G Suite and is comfortable learning & using a set of productivity tooling.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee payroll accounting and tax operations for the United States and Canada payrolls.
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and issues in the general ledger.
Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of payroll processes and systems.
Collect and analyze relevant data to improve team processes and maximize efficiency.
Leverage feedback, develop skills, and acquire knowledge to effectively support the team.
Collaborate with cross-regional teams across different time zones to provide high-quality service to stakeholders.
Conduct variance analysis on a month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter basis.
Offer recommendations and insights to improve payroll accounting and efficiency.
Assist with month-end closing tasks, including posting journal entries and performing account reconciliations.
Retrieve and validate ADP-prepared reports.
Complete required multiple worksite and Bureau of Labor reports, along with mandatory surveys.
Reclassify inactive cost centers.
Address ADP inquiries regarding federal and state filing mandates.
Update tax rates in Workday.
Validate ADP invoices against bank transactions.
Preferred Skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google products.
Strong communication skills, written/verbal, and ability to interact with employees at all levels, including upper management.

We have a hybrid work arrangement in our Mexico City office (3 days onsite per week) with a collaborative team atmosphere.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 4+ years of Payroll experience
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Certification is preferred.
Prior experience in payroll accounting for both the United States and Canada is preferred.

Payroll Processing and Operations
Assist in the preparation and processing of multi-state regular and off-cycle payrolls
Ensure an accurate and timely payroll, including base pay, stock compensation, payroll taxes, 401(k), statutory and supplemental benefits, etc.
Process weekly employee expense reimbursements via Workday.
Review and verify employee timecards for accuracy, and communicate with employees and managers to resolve discrepancies.
Conduct audits of new hire data, work state, and home state information to ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Employee Support and Compliance
Provide first-line support to employees by responding to payroll-related inquiries through Zendesk in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on laws and best practices to ensure compliance.
Support audit tasks for tax/finance teams as assigned.
Compliance, Reporting, and Administration
Assist in preparing payroll reports and support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Prepare and process Records of Employment (ROE) for Canadian employees accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with Canadian employment standards and regulations.
Skills Required:
Familiarity with payroll operations, tax regulations, and labor laws in the US and Canada is preferred
Proven ability to handle multiple payroll entities with diverse requirements
Solid organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Workday
Excellent verbal and written communication; skilled in handling confidential materials and comfortable asking for clarification when needed
Adaptable to a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment; effective under pressure and tight deadlines
Team player with strong stakeholder management
