The Ads Marketing team shapes our core advertising positioning and drives the go-to-market strategy to bring this positioning to life through compelling, differentiated messaging and narratives. As theAPAC Ads Marketing Programs Manager, you will coordinate the execution of Netflix Ads’ B2B marketing strategy across the region, ensuring alignment between country-level and global objectives. This role requires a strategic marketer with strong operational expertise, skilled at building processes that facilitate seamless collaboration with international and cross-functional partners. You’ll be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, managing timelines and resources efficiently, and setting up frameworks that support consistent, high-impact marketing initiatives across diverse markets. You will project manage multi-market, multi-channel initiatives; and conceptualize, develop, and execute marketing programs to enable the growth of the APAC Ads business.
Core Responsibilities:
APAC-wide Stewardship:Orchestrate regional marketing programs and initiatives that drive Netflix Ads’ B2B growth across Japan, Korea, and Australia, working in tandem with country marketing managers to ensure successful local activation. Ensure best-in-class marketing execution.
Program Scaling & Implementation:Design and develop scalable marketing programs and adapt global initiatives to meet regional needs. Represent the voice of the region in global ads marketing forums and serve as a conduit between global teams and country marketing managers. Build effective systems that help scale and land global initiatives in APAC with a focus on long-term impact and regional cohesion.
Strategic Initiatives:Partner closely with APAC Ads cross-functional partners on piloting and scaling marketing programs aligned with key business growth levers. Operationalise strategic marketing programs leveraging diverse marketing channels and tactics to cover multiple audiences. Address immediate opportunities and anticipate future needs in line with the APAC Ads strategy.
Project Management & Coordination:Oversee pan-regional projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and high standards of executional excellence across initiatives.
Best Practice Sharing:Gather and share best practices and operational insights to elevate marketing standards across all regions.

Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, project management, or marketing operations, ideally within an international or multi-market setting.
Strong operational expertise with a proven track record of developing scalable processes and frameworks that drive efficient execution and cross-functional alignment.
Experience leading and managing regional or multi-market marketing programs, with a focus on scaling initiatives across diverse local markets.
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, coordinate resources, and oversee multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, with experience working closely with sales, product, content, and local marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.

We are seeking an experienced Manager for our Unscripted Live Action Creative team to help build and execute the original slate strategy for Japanese live action unscripted productions. This role will carry projects from a creative perspective from pitch / development through to final delivery. Responsibilities will include establishing and growing strong partnerships with creative partners in the market to source and commission great content. This role will also lead the execution of the shows working with internal cross functional partners such as Production Management, Post Production, VFX, Marketing and Publicity.A successful candidate will have a strong sense of narrative structure, a regional sensibility and ability to guide a project from pitch/idea through to delivery. This role requires someone to take on the responsibility of creating and executing Netflix consumer products licensing and retail strategy for Japan, based on the Netflix Japan and Global originals and licensed content slate. This role will report to the Director of Consumer Products, APAC, and will be based in Tokyo, Japan.
What you will do:
Own retail and licensing strategy for all CP categories (excluding publishing & interactive) in Japan, while collaborating with the LA-based global and regional CP teams on global partnerships.
Develop local title strategy in partnership with Content and Marketing and go-to-market plans by title (consumer, trade and retail marketing) with Partners, achieving a balance between driving consumer demand (a proxy for fan joy) and delivering meaningful revenue.
Lead all Japan-related CP efforts and communications internally across Netflix and proactively drive ex-Japan business opportunities for Japanese live action content in partnership with global and regional stakeholders.
Be an internal and external champion of the opportunity and vision with regards to our licensing strategy and push for innovation in partner selection, product development, line planning, business models, strategic partnerships, etc.

What we need from you:
Demonstrated, 10+ years of experience in building and owning the end-to-end licensing and/or retail function at a reputable brand (entertainment studio, retailer, gaming, agency). Cross-functional, merchandising/retail, brand partnership/strategy, or general management experience is also welcome.
Experience and knowledge of anime CP is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (preferred).
Experience creating and driving end-to-end strategy to build up new businesses from scratch.
