About The Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner for the APJ Marketing team.
  • Work together with APJ Marketing leadership to craft GTM strategy and set targets and KPIs.
  • Create the needed processes, ceremonies and data reports (SFDC, Hubspot, BI tools) for the APJ marketing team, lead data meetings and enable roadmap and KPIs monitoring.
  • Own the field marketing events process daily operations.
  • Identify operational and data gaps, gather needs and work to create short term and long term solutions with relevant stakeholders in APJ and HQ.
  • Act as a connector between marketing ops & analytics, the entire marketing department, the APJ Marketing team and the RevOps team.
  • Be the go-to person for operational and data needs of the APJ marketing team.
  • Promote alignment between marketing and sales in your region.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations roles in a B2B/SAAS company, martech specialist, business ops working closely with marketing
  • Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot/marketing automation platforms (marketo, pardot), Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau/power bi/data visualization, SQL (an advantage).
  • Proven experience in building processes for complex operations.
  • Strong presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Travel to HQ in Israel is required at least 2 times per year (when security situation permits it)

  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding
  • Leverage behavioral data to segment your book of business and develop communication strategies driving the greatest impact at scale
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
  • Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of monday.com
  • Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans
  • Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership
  • Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects
  • Represent voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
  • Partner with Consulting and Product teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting - advantage
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Some travel included for customer visitation
  • BA or BS degree

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B customer success, retention, or account management role (preferred experience with SMB and mid-market customers).
  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to connect with a global customer base.
  • Creative mindset with proven problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Serve as a coach, mentor, and leader to individuals on the team, while setting expectations on performance based on data, using consistent feedback and transparency.
  • Identify and execute process improvements, policy development, delivery methods, metrics, and tools in support of client delivery.
  • Drive the strategy to onboard, enable, and expand usage and revenue with customers.
  • Maintain accountability for team operations and the KPIs used to measure the team’s success
  • Recruit, hire and train new team members.
  • Build programs and initiatives to drive continuous internal process improvement and enable the teams' ability to scale
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5-10 years experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Managed Services, preferably in SaaS or at technology consulting firms
  • 3-5+ years of people management experience
  • Extensive experience with project management, CRM, and/or collaborative work management software
  • Ability to successfully navigate complex organizational structures (internal and external)
  • Comfortable transforming department strategy into tactical initiatives and executing on them
  • Process-focused and metrics-driven (desire to instill a process that can scale)
  • Experience estimating delivery effort and creating Statements of Work
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
