  • Work in partnership and collaborate with the sales team to understand the unique challenges and business processes of our prospects & customers.
  • Serve as the technical lead during the sales process, providing in-depth product demonstrations, technical presentations, and responding to RFPs and RFIs.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to deliver tailored solutions using .

Your Experience & Skills
  • 8+ years experience working in the SaaS [Software as a Service] space
  • Strong understanding of project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on storytelling
  • Business process mapping skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems
  • Experience of working across a range of industries and be able to understand the current landscape and typical challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving technical sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

About The Role

  • Develop and manage project plans to deliver technical and consultative services to our largest enterprise clients.
  • Manage customer expectations, project scope, and resources needed to successfully deliver to customers’ needs.
  • Coordinate technical and non-technical resources across our internal and partners organization to ensure fulfillment of project requirements
  • Develop and communicate project status, risks and issues to all levels of stakeholders, both internal and external, ranging from technical staff to executives
  • Manage customer escalations, coordinating with customers and stakeholders (e.g., executive team, sales, technical account managers, etc.)
  • Manage billing and admin related aspects of projects including generating sales order, providing monthly invoices, providing status updates to client on resource utilization, and monitoring accurate logging of time from all assigned internal resources
  • Be accountable for reliable and repeatable delivery processes, metrics and operational procedures
  • Act as a liaison to the partnerships team
  • Develop a foundational knowledge of product & stay up to date with key releases
  • Participate as a supporting resource as needed with pre-sale conversations regarding professional services, from scoping to managing the commercial arrangements.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in project management roles in an enterprise B2B environment. Remove for internal
  • Focus on Enterprise level customer segment with a focus on OKR or business-level objectives.
  • Familiar with the MEDDPICC or CoM sales methodologies
  • Experience in B2B SaaS as technical customer success / professional service / implementation manager / technical project management / technical account management / technological consulting, specifically within implementation of complex products.
  • Demonstrates progressive experience with project management and leadership
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Experience in leading projects involving hands-on implementation and management of multiple resources.
  • Strong project management skills to keep projects on-track and manage unique flows. PMO / PMI certification - an advantage
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Understanding of APIs and other integration methods ( RESTful, GraphQL - advantage) - an advantage
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Build and manage a vibrant customer advocacy program for the APAC region, including the identification of customer champions, development of compelling case studies and testimonials, and facilitation of peer-to-peer engagement opportunities (e.g. community).
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on customer marketing campaign performance and key metrics (e.g., retention rates, churn, LTV, advocacy engagement), using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and demonstrate ROI.

Your Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to develop, execute, and measure impactful customer retention, loyalty, and advocacy programs that drive business outcomes (e.g., increased LTV, reduced churn, higher referral rates) across diverse APAC markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrable experience using data to inform strategy, segment customers, and measure ROI; proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and BI/data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Exceptional cross-cultural communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and regional teams.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and customer journey mapping in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Have led, built or helped manage a community of customers and/or a customer advisory board.
